Answer:       Micro means small, micro economic is define as the branch of economic which studies for small individuals parts of an economy. These small groups of individuals may be household firms and industries consisting of several firms. The Importance (Uses) of micro economic are as follows:

1.Helpful to understand the working of the economy
         Micro economic explains the functioning of a free enterprises economy. It tells us how millions of consumers and produces in an economy to take decision about the allocation of productive resources among the good and services.

2.Helpful to provide tools for economic polices
         Micro economic tools are useful in designing price policy, taxation policy and others in an economy dominated public sectors. It is also useful in designing pricing policy of public utility in an economy.

3.Helpful in formulating sectoral polices
         An economy consists of several sectors such as industry, tourism, trade and others. An understanding of each of these sectors in imperative before an appropriate policy is designed for them. Micro economics provides a useful tool to the government while making sectoral decisions.
